Carolyn Adderley obtained an Associate of Arts Degree in Office Administration in 2002 from The College of The Bahamas (now The University of The Bahamas) and obtained her Bachelor of Laws from The University of Huddersfield (Distance Learning), London, U.K. in 2015. 

She is the Firm’s Manager and has been since its establishment in 2000. Mrs. Adderley commenced her legal experience in 1988 as a Legal Assistant and gained a wide range of experience in the areas of Litigation, Mortgages, Conveyancing, Family matters and Corporate.   She leads the Corporate Department and advises both local and international clients on corporate matters, including corporate formation, corporate administration and management, registration of foundations and non-profits.  In 2018, she was appointed the Money Laundering Reporting Officer for HC Corporate Services Limited.

Her core values include integrity, honesty, trusts and respect.  She prides herself on always being responsive and accessible to the needs of others. 

Mrs. Adderley is married to Christopher Adderley, a sole proprietor, and they have three (3) daughters, Krishan, Kenya and Kayla.  In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends and reading.
