Candice C. Ferguson was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales and to The Bahamas Bar in 2010 and has frequently appeared before the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree with Honours in Law with International Relations from Keele University in Staffordshire, England (2009) and a Master of Laws (LLM) Degree in International Trade and Commercial Law from Nottingham Trent University in Nottingham, England (2022). She also holds an International Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering (2015) and in Governance, Risk & Compliance (Distinction, 2016) with Alliance Manchester Business School in Manchester, England.

Candice is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), a Fellow of the International Compliance Association and a member of The Bahamas Bar Association and the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.

Candice is passionate about service and giving back to the community. She serves as Director of Service Projects for the Rotary Club of South Ocean, New Providence, The Bahamas.
